NEET 22 aspirant 3rd dropper i lost my sc certificate. i have photocopy but have to upload original for NEET registration. can i upload xerox? wt to do ..i started process to form new caste certificate..bt i take lot time..HELP is there any chance they ll take me as sc if am unable to upload for now
