Your score is low also the cutoff has increased this year so you have very less chances of getting a government medical or dental seat but you can opt for management quota seat in self funded colleges you have chance sof getting a medical seat there.

It depends upon your state of domicile and your category.
If you belong to general category and want to get into government medical college then you should not go for counselling as you will not fetch a seat with 370 marks but in case you belong to category like sc or st you should go for counselling.
