Hello1
Nice marks, but it is not enough for getting a government seat. This year's competition is quite high. The one who have secured 450+ will have extremely less chances to get a government medical seat. But you are eligible to take admission in private and deemed colleges. If you are desperate about getting a government medical seat, then take NEET next year also. Let me remind you that the one who got 720/720 this year was taking NEET for the 2nd time. But still having hope is never wrong.
ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was of some help.
Thank You
Hello applicant,
*You haven't mentioned the Category you belong to. This is important because each Category has different cut offs. With a score of 417, if you belong to General Category, you can get a Government Quota seat in Private Medical Colleges. If you belong to Reserve Categories, you can get a seat in a GMC. Again this is general information based on previous years cut offs. And cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as number of Candidates appearing for the exam, number. Of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Please visit the below page for previous years cut offs: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-karnataka
Hope it helpful
