Hello,
Following are the documents needed for NEET Exam
Candidate's photograph.
Signature.
Left-hand thumb impression.
Class 10 mark sheet.
Class 10 Passing Certificate.
Class 12 mark sheet.
Class 12 Passing Certificate.
ID proof (for instance, Adhaar Card)
Details on image specification:

After 1st September 2021, image should be captured

The photograph should be of postcard size
Regarding photo :
-
There must be candidate’s name and date of capture written at the bottom of the photo
-
White background is necessary while taking photo
80 per cent of the image area shall contain the candidate’s face
Ears must be clearly visible
Photo must be between 10kb to 200 kb
Signature details:
- Signature should be done in black ink
- Must have white background and running handwriting
Candidates shall use left hand thumb impression with blue ink and 10th pass Certificate must be scanned.
