Yes, there are possibilities of getting 150+, but if you have done only in one subject there might be some struggle to get marks you want, if you have actively attend the questions and understand them than you can get, because if a question is little bit twisted it might create confusions. Unless and until you under the concept and solved you will not face any problem to get marks. But prepare for other subjects too...
