The syllabus for NEET UG has been given on the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA). It is advisable you check the syllabus from there before beginning your preparations for the same.
NEET syllabus is based on NCERT books for all physics, chemistry and biology for the classes of 11th and 12th. And these books are also available in Hindi and Urdu for the reference of students. Consult your nearby book seller for these books. Even if you find the availability of books as a hard copy difficult from your nearby book shop, you can easily download the soft copies of all three NCERT books from the internet by visiting the official website of NCERT which is:
