Amit, if you are appearing for betterment exams, it means that you already have passed the qualifying examination but are giving the betterment examinations to improve your aggregate. So your code will be 02. Code 01 is for those Candidates who will be appearing for their qualifying examinations. i have pass in over all exam but fail in physics.physicsbis my 4 th sub t. so i have given betterment exam in physics .

As you have already got your result but giving betterment exam and that result will be more valid, so, you need to enter Code 2 as your NEET qualification code. For more details refer the following link-
