NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Dear candidate if you consider the ongoing cut off trends then in the state of Gujarat with marks around 440, you would not get MBBS College if you are from Unreserved Category, but if you a SC Category student then there remains a chance. But you would get BDS Colleges like:
1. Ahmedabad Dental College
2. AMC Dental College
3. College of Dental Sciences and Research, Ahmedabad
4. Dharmsinh Desai University

NEET result 2021 cut off is the minimum marks required to pass the entrance exam. For 85% state quota seats, ACPUGMEC is the competent authority to publish Gujarat MBBS cutoff, whereas Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will publish the cutoff for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. The aspirants who will qualify for the NEET will be eligible for Gujarat MBBS admission 2021 .
with this score you can hardly get admission in any government medical College of Gujarat even though n management quota. But you can go through the previous cut offs.

Hello,
What is your category?
This is important as cut-offs vary among categories, nevertheless I'm assuming it to be general,
If we go by last year cut-offs for UR under 85% state quota, then chances for GMC or government quota in private medical colleges with 439 marks is tough though there are possibilities for management quota in the following private medical colleges such as
- AMC MET Medical College, Ahmedabad
- Banas Medical College and Research Institute, Palanpur
- CU Shah Medical College and Hospital, Surendranagar
- Smt NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad
- Parul Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Vadodara
- Pramukhswami Medical College, Karamsad
- Nootan Medical College and Research Centre, Visnagar
- Shantabaa Medical College and General Hospital, Amreli
- Zydus Medical College and Hospital, Dahod
- Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education and Research, Surat, etc...
however, this is completely based on previous year data, cut-offs are subjected to alter every year based on various factors such as
total number of candidates appearing for the exam
difficulty level of the paper
top NEET scores
reservation
seat matrix, etc.
