Savitha, you can make changes to your Academic details in the NEET application form. You haven't mentioned why you need to change your 12th roll number. But if you want to change it, you certainly can. If you haven't yet utilised your correction chance for this window, you can make changes to your application. But if you already have used the correction window even the 2nd time, then you cannot make any changes to your application and you may have to leave the way it is. As we know that NTA has reopened the correction window for NEET 2020 on March 13 upto March 19. Till the last date you can make the changes in your application form to avoid any future complications.
In NEET Application form you need to mention your class 12th roll number, if you have mentioned any other number than you should change it before the deadline. Link for NEET 2020 Correction Window is given below :-
