You have to pay 2 types of fees for appearing for NEET Counselling. One is Refundable Security deposit and the other is non refundable registration fees. For example, for All India Counselling, the fees is as below:

The refundable fees is the security deposit which you can get refunded if you are not allotted a seat in any of the rounds of Counselling or if you opt for Cancellation of the seat before taking admission. This doesn't apply for op up round. But the registration fees is common for everyone which is not refundable whether you get a seat or not. This is the fees that you pay for appearing for Counselling.
