Hi
Bc is under obc category. Also, check that you fall in Central list of OBC or not otherwise while filling Neet application form you need to select General as your category.
Central list :

This is very difficult to predict neet 2021 cut off as cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like :-
*number of students that appeared in the exam,
*kind of marks obtained by them ,
*toughness level of the examination etc.
But yes,
Cut off marks will be more or less similar to previous years and when we go through past year qualifying cut off trends then last 3 years qualifying cut off data is given below for reference
:-
. Year wise cut off marks
Category 2020 2019 2018
General 720-147 701-134 691-119
UR-PH 146-129 133-120 118-107

So , in neet neet 2020 , at least 113 marks was required for OBC category in order to qualify in neet examination , to be on the safer side you should try to get at least 15 to 20 marks more in comparison of Neet 2020 cut off as per your category i. e try to get atleast around 130 marks in order to qualify Neet 2021.
Just qualifying with Neet cutoff won't help you to fetch a seat in a Government Medical College so you should try to get at least around 550 marks if you belong to obc category.
Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus.
