The cut off and closing marks varies every year. So, to predict exactly would not be a right thing. The competition for seats changes every year. If compared to previous years' marks list 515 marks ranges in the rank of 37,780-38,736. I am afraid to tell you that with this rank to get a MBBS government seat in All India Quota would not be possible. However, there are chances to get seats in Deemed university and BDS.
