While filling up Neet 2020 application form there are few sections that you need to fill in detail in application form as section 1 comprises of personal details, section 2 comprises of place of birth, section 3 comprises of choice of medium of question paper, section 4 is about choice of examination centre, section 5 comprises of academic details class 10th or equivalent, section 6 comprises of academic details of class 11 or equivalent, section 7 comprises of academic details class twelfth or equivalent, section 8 comprises of permanent address, section 9 comprises of correspondence address ,section10 comprises of details of parents ,section 11 comprises of dress code, section 12 comprises of enter security pin and submit . while there are other steps in proceeding application form .
