there are two phases in JEE - JEE Advanced and Jee mains. I have written all the three - JEE mains, advanced and NEET. I personally feel it is quite foolish to compare NEET with JEE advance. The latter one is very hard to crack compared to NEET. So now I will focus on comparing NEET and JEE mains. I do not want to hurt anyone's feelings here. These opinions are just of a typical immature guy and need not be taken seriously. We should keep some things here-

Maths is not everybody's cup of tea, Few people opt NEET just bcoz of fear of math.

JEE mains is more a test of IQ and NEET more of memory.

Maximum questions in NEET are direct and straight forward unlike JEE mains where questions are twisted.

Many students are coached for JEE right from their primary grades and very few are coached for NEET. So competition is more for JEE if u are not coached right from ur primary grades.

Biology in NEET holds high weightage. So easy scoring.

Inspite of this let me give u a scenario, I got 73.9 % in JEE mains 2018 and my rank was 928 . Now the same percentage of marks in NEET would have fetched the rank around 11000. So if exam is difficult, it's difficult for everyone . A comment by Shubham Sharma is worthy mentioning here - a guy who wants to become a doctor opts for pcb and he is made to do stuffs like differentiation and integration.

Anyway in my opinion I believe that for cracking NEET, NCERT and hardwork would suffice. But for JEE mains, hardwork, books other than NCERT, calculation speed, a good IQ is all needed. So any person who have got a rank below 5k in JEE (mains or advanced) has a caliber to score full marks in NEET physics and chemistry. So even if he revises some important biology chapters within 2 or 3 months, he will get a seat! This is difficult vice versa.

So finally I believe that getting a given rank in JEE advance is tougher than NEET.

I hope you find it helpful

good luck!

hey Amman, both exams are different from their perspective.First a fall you need to know your subjects either maths or bio or both( if you want to learn more).I can't say them very tough but yes these exams are considered to be toughest, but if you have a proper strategy and good mental process than you can easily crack any of these. In Neet, syllabus becomes a little wider due to immense biology studies and mathematics is somehow managable if someone masters over it, the main problem one faces with physics, for that you need to understand and practice the concepts daily.
