Hello Yogesh

You should not fill new form of NEET as it is clearly mentioned that only one application should be submitted by the candidate.

Don't worry as the state selected for 15% All India Quota has no bearing on the student’s admission process since admissions to 15% All India Quota seats doesn’t have any domicile requirements.

It is advised that you should select the state where your permanent address is located or where you fulfill the 85% eligibility criteria.

Madam mai 12 th maharastra me pada hu and my state eligibelity code wrong huva hai muje koi pareshani to nahi ayegi na
