NEET is a pen and paper based exam for admission into medical, BDS, B.Sc nursing, AYUSH, and veterinary colleges. Its full form is National Eligibility Entrance Test. Olympiad is not required for NEET preparation. NEET portions include 97 chapters from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and Zoology) from grade 11 and 12. NEET preparation can be done through coaching centres and they give their own material and NEET tests. Preparation can also be done independently and the recommended books are the NCERT grade 11 and 12 physics, chemistry and biology books.
