In 2018, the MBBS cut-off for government medical colleges in Tamil Nadu was between 591 and 643 for OBC candidates under the 85% state quota. If the same trend continues this year too then you won't be able to secure a seat in a governmnent college.
Also, the BDS cut-off for government dental colleges in Tamil Nadu was between 529 and 565 for OBC candidates under the 85% state quota. If the same trend continues, then you won't be able to secure a seat in a governmnent college.
However, the cut-offs fluctuate every year. So wait until the final admission cut-offs are released by the colleges.
