If you are talking about government MBBS colleges then I am sorry, with 338 marks it's not possible.
For Private colleges also cutoff goes more than this.
Nevertheless you can get BAMS, BHMS colleges in state counseling. Considering the amount of competition that has been increased, it will be tough to get government college for BHMS, BAMS but there is a chance for you to try.

I want to inform you that no at this number you cannot get any government medical college through state quota counselling and all india counselling.
But you can get in deemed university through all india counselling. but please note these university fees ranges from 18 lakh p.a. to 25 lakh p.a.
