Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . See after NEET exam ,you can get a government medical college via 2 types of counsellings. Firstly, through the All India Counselling you can get a college of your choice anywhere in India . As per previous year trends you atleast need to have an All India Rank of under 14,000.
Secondly, you can get a government medical college through State quota counselling. Through State quota the cutoffs for government medical colleges are generally lower .From your profile,I came to know that you belong from Uttar Pradesh and for securing a Government Medical seat in UP,you need to score 610+ for a government medical college as per NEET 2020 cutoffs. But this year 9 new Medical colleges have been inaugurated in the state of Uttar Pradesh by our respectable PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji. So you can expect a much lower state quota cutoff in UP this year as compared to 2020.
Here is the link through which you can view the past year cutoff trends in UP and details regarding the Counselling process:

Greetings Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well. See it is not possible for us to tell you the exact marks required for a candidate to get a government seat for any of the courses, anyways according to previous year's cutoff trends if you looking for MBBS then anywhere between 650-700 marks would be more than enough, if you are looking for BDS then 550-600 marks, while for BAMS it would be somewhere around 450-500.
