The cutoff changes every year and so the safe marks range can't be predicted this way. As your are a reserved category candidate your score should be minimum 400+ if you're applying for 85% state quota seats and 480- 520+ for 15% AIQ seats.

To get admission in a government college your score should be minimum 450+ (for reserved category candidates). So prepare well and study smart.!
