If you have scored less then expectation, either you can repeat the test or pursue admission in Private. If you really want to seek MBBS and could do more effort than before, you can prefer to drop a year and do the best to gain best Government College. There are even better Private Institutes than Gov. But pursuing admission with best score is good. At the end score is nothing but the understanding and knowledge in Medical. Don't concentrate much on score whether you would get less or more but the knowledge you have gained. If you give all your efforts yu would definitely score well. Keep eye on the cut offs of Government College. And practice more then before. Nothing is that hard! And you must be 17 if General or less than or equal to 25 years of age if SC Category.

You should rather give yourself a chance again than joining in a private medical institute. If you get into a private institue you will have to spend a large amount of money on donations and fees and it is not necessary that even after spending so much ,your degree will hold much value. You should either try to join a very good private medical institute, whose degree will hold some value or join a good coaching, collect the best study material, make up your mind and start preparing for NEET 2020. Believe in your capabilities and choose for yourself.
