see the cutoff score depends on some factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, candidates category etc. however in all india quota, cutoff score is always high compare to state quota. so its not like that just qualifying in neet you will certainly get any of the college, to get a tier1 college your scores should be really high. you may follow the below link to know about state wise neet cutoff,
