Dear Hamad,  cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. RBA category is considered under General Category. When you attend Counselling you have the option to choose RBA as your Category. In 2018, 440 marks were the cut off for Sher-e-Hasan Medical College under General Category. This year with 4 new Medical Colleges conducting admissions, it is likely that the cut off might change slightly.
