Hey ,
The candidate’s are allowed to give 3 attempts for NEET exam. From 2017 , CBSE followed this rule. If you were appeared in 2017, then you will have only 2 chance for giving the NEET exam. And if you are giving for first time in 2018 then you have 2 attempts for coming years .
