There are four types of seats for Karnataka PG Medical admission and Eligibility Criteria for admission is as follows-

1. Government Seats- Candidates should be citizen of India and candidates should have completed MBBS from an institute located in Karnataka to be eligible for admission to Government seats.

2. Private Seats- Candidates who have completed MBBS from an Institute located in Karnataka are eligible for GMP seats and it is mandatory to complete MBBS from the state for OPN seats.

3. NRI Seats- NRI/Wards of NRI/PIO/OCI are eligible under this category.

4. Other Seats- All the NEET PG qualified candidates will be eligible for admission.

If you have not completed MBBS from Karnataka then you would be eligible for admission to Government seats and private seats.

If you have not completed MBBS from Karnataka, you can take admission under Other seat.
