As per the latest NEET exam pattern, there will be 200 multiple choice questions in theNEET 2021 question paper for 4 marks each, out of which only 180 questions need to be answered. The medium or choice of language is dependent on the candidate as the NEET question paper 2021 is available in 13 languages i.e. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
