I am afraid this score is not enough for you to bag a govt medical college MBBS seat even with the category.
Nevertheless keep working hard and focus on your weaknesses and you will definitely be a doctor one day.

Sorry but you won't get a govt medical college with these marks as they are very low according to govt colleges cutoff. You need a better score to secure your seat in govt colleges.
You can try for management quota seat
