• Based on the Cutoffs of the previous year and this year, The NEET SCORE Required to get a Government Medical College for MBBS is at least 500 to 550+ in AIQ(All India Quota) and in all over India , it is 450 to 550+ in SQ(State Quota).
• You must get a NEET SCORE of at least 450 or above in order to get admission for a Government set in Government Medical college.
  
• Do not lose hope yet as you can also apply for semi-government medical colleges and private medical colleges as you have scored 246 which are considered between low and moderate.
