On such marks and category you have very low chances of getting Private medical colleges under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the lowest cut-off marks was 423 for Subbaiah Institute of Medical Science, Shimoga under Home state quota for SC category. But yes you can get some private colleges through Direct admission but the condition is that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat.
