Hello Aspirant,

There comes around 12344 seats, that are available for state quota seats. That is again divided between 70% regional quota and 30% state quota. These regional seats are then reserved for aspirants belonging to Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rest of Maharashtra (RoM) region.  As your NEET score is 578. Your Overall Percentile is: 98.82 - 99.32 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is: 13566 - 15716 . Also depends upon last years cut-off. Adding it with 15% All India quota  and 85% state quota seats in government colleges.

Use this to predict  the colleges by using this predictor link:

578 in Neet is quite a good score. But you know that the cutoffs change every year so it is quite difficult to predict. Now if we go through last year's cutoffs, then with this score you can expect a seat in Vidarbha Region's Government Medical College of Akola, which had the cutoff score 563, Government Medical College Chandrapur, which had the cutoff score of 545, GMC Gondia which had the cutoff score of 539 etc while Government Medical college and Hospital Nagpur had the cutoff score around 600. So it would be difficult to get GMCH Nagpur. But You can check the cutoffs here http://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-maharashtra But keep in mind that these are based on last year cutoffs and this year the cutoff may change. So I would suggest you to use Neet college Predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
