According to your marks your rank would be around 5.7lakh which is not sufficient to get you there. As per their officials you should above 350+ score in neet so as to grab your seats there. As per general category they have a cutoff of around 400 around marks in neet. As per last year trends they have a cutoff of in the range 350 to 450 above.
