What we need to remember is that AIIMS and JIPMER have merged with NEET and not the other way round. If NEET was following AIIMS or JIPMER protocols for exams, then it is understandable that the exam might be tougher. But it is AIIMS and JIPMER that are merging with NEET. Although AIIMS MBBS and Jipmer mbbs has been merged with Neet examination but you don't need to worry about its difficulty level, it is not going to be increased because of the merging.
The difficulty of the Neet examination is going to be more or less same as previous years.
