475 is low score to get any government MBBS college. This year the cutoffs will increase a lot.The trends of previous years will differ this year.So you won't get any government MBBS college. But you may get BDS government college with this rank.Check the closing ranks of your category in various colleges to get a clearer idea. You may try for the private colleges or deemed universities.
