It's required to mention the Name of the candidate and date written at the bottom of the passport size photo. You can ask the photographer to write your name and date at the bottom of your passport size photo. However if you haven't done that and uploaded one without your name; if the authorities find it unacceptable, you will receive a notification at your Registered Phone as a SMS or at your registered Email. Then you can make the necessary changes by uploading one with your name and date in it. Only those candidates who have been notified can change the photo. If you haven't received any such notification, then you are good to go. I would suggest you to keep an eye on the Registered Phone and Email for any such notifications if you've made any such mistake.
Speaking of the postcard size photo; you've to upload the same picture. It's not necessary here to have your name and date typed at the bottom of it. But it's required to carry the photo with you to the examination centre and write your name and roll number for the examination at the back of it. The size of the scanned postcard photo must be in the range of 50kb-300kb.
