NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
Hey,
According to previous year allotment results of All India Counselling, the following were the cut off ranks and score for medical colleges under SC category -
- AIIMS - 61166 ( 547-538 marks )
- JIPMER ( OPEN ) - 37879 ( 577-568 marks )
- AIQ - 81121 ( 527-518 marks )
- BON - 45182 ( 567-558 marks )
So based on this, 520 marks would be safest minimum marks you need to get a government medical college under SC category.
Keep in mind that cut offs and ranks are subject to change every year depending on the difficulty level of the paper, the performance of the students and the number of seats available.

Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
It is difficult to predict the exact cut off marks or ranks beacuse it depends on various factors
1. Level of questions paper
2. Total not of students appeared in exam
3. Category of candidates
4. Total no of seats
So as from previous year trends your score must be above 500 to get good government medical college further the cut off changes every year .
You can check your rank from the marks you have scored through neet rank predictor.
Further you can use college predictor tool to have an idea about the college you can get.
Hope it helps.
Good luck
