You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in comment
in neet 2019, lowest marks required for general category for getting a mbbs seat in government medical college under UP state quota was 575 and it was for Medical College, Bahraich
But cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
So , you should target at least 600 marks in your neet 2020 examination to be on the safer side

NEET cutoff for MBBS/BDS of year 2019
1. for unreserved category - neet cutoff percentile were 50th and NEET MBBS/BDS qualifying marks were 701-134
2. for SC/ST/OBC - neet cutoff percentile were 40th and NEET MBBS/BDS qualifying marks were - 133-107
3. for unreserved PH (UR-PH) - neet cutoff percentile were 45th and NEET MBBS/BDS qualifying marks were 133-120
4. for SC/ST/OBC-PH - neet cutoff percentile were 40th and neet MBBS/BDS qualifying marks were 119-107
