Although 539 is actually quite a great score, but the competitive nature in Delhi's medical college for admission procedure is quite high.

Consequently, even with this score, it would turn out to be quite difficult for her to gain a seat in any of the medical colleges in Delhi through UR Category.

The last one to get in through the gates of NDMC Medical College, New Delhi had the score of 562 from the UR Category which actually stands quite wide apart from your score, considering the paper to be on an easier side this year, the cutoff might even go above a bit.
