Hello Nithyashivkrishna,

Madras High Court have passed the Judgement for ESIC. ESIC NEET results have not yet been declared but would definitely release an official notification along with its cut off marks and would be included in All India Quota. If you are an  eligible candidate the you  need to register and apply for ESIC very soon after any notification has been released. The students categorisation would be rely on the total years the insured has been in service with ESIC. Then later if you are among the  qualified candidate, you will be asked to join the counselling process soon for further process.

BEST WISHES!

Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has withdrawn the provisional seat allotment list for round one of NEET 2019 counselling. As per the official notification, the fresh results will be put up shortly. A new schedule for counselling will also be published along with seat allotment list, states the official notice. The allotment letter can also be downloaded only after the publication of final merit list.

Before withholding the result of first round of NEET UG seat allotment list 2019, MCC had published a notice mentioning that the allotment for Wards of Insured Persons (IP) of ESIC has been withheld due to the matter of M.Rithika vs MCI and others, until further notice. Just after the release of ESIC notice, through an urgent official notification of Ref.U11011/20/2019/22-MEC, due to the ongoing case, M.Rithika vs Medical Council of India (MCI) and others withheld the seat allotment results for 15% AIQ seats, Deemed/Central Universities (VMMC & SH), ESIC and AFMC. The authority has further notified that the result will be withheld until further notice. With regard to the same matter, the authority had extended the registration dates for NEET counselling before on June 26.

What after seat allotment? Once the fresh result for a round of NEET counselling is released, candidates have to report to the university/institute as per the new schedule which is yet to be released. Candidates will have to present the below-mentioned documents(original) to the counselling authority:

NEET admit card

NEET Scorecard or Rank Letter

Class 10 certificate and mark sheet (for date of birth)

Class 12 certificate and mark sheet

ID proof (Aadhar/PAN Card/Driving License/Passport)

Eight passport size photographs

Provisional Allotment Letter

Caste Certificate (if applicable)

PwD Certificate (if applicable)
