Newly opened govt colleges is better for MBBS or old private college is better for mbbs?

Some Pros:

• You have to pay less fees(most important one)
• It's a safe bet as you don't have to worry for different norms and all that are applicable for private colleges as it is an government institution.

Now Cons:

• Low quality of studies (as many good professors don't opt for such institutions which are established recently rather they prefer well established colleges)
• No seniors ( may seem like an advantage but actually it is not as they always guide you and help you learn immensely as I can say from experience)
• Less patients as compared to established institutions

Old Private Colleges:

Some Pros:

• Good inflow of patients
• Good faculty members and well equipped labs
• Comfortable hostel facilities and good libraries where you get all those humongous books.
• Seniors and interns who guide you in labs and during ward duty.

Now Cons:

• It costs a lot of money.
