Next year how to take a cut off mark in Engineering, Agri, B.V.Sc,...etc? 11th Mark + 12th Mark OR 12th Mark Only???

The cuttoff marks in the engineering will be based upon the entrance exam of that respective college / University in which you are applying for basically during the time of preparation of the merit list / or during the time of counselling your Class 12th marks will only be taken into the consideration.
