But you will surely get a seat in IPU Delhi and HBTU kanpur. These institutes takes admission based on NIMCET rank..

You didn't mentioned the category you belong to. For different category the cutoffs are different.

With the rank you have scored you might get seat in first allotment since you have a category rank. You will surely get good college in this rank.

I don't get that category 456 is like that present anywhere so first clarify the rank in the comments section and for the AIR 2443 if not of general category student you can get seat if of SC or ST or OBC category student so please clarify category.
