Hi Aspirant,
The National Entrance cum Eligibility Test for UG 2020 is scheduled to be held on May 3, 2020 and the NTA recently announced that NIOS students will be eligible to answer it. So, it is most likely that NIOS students will be eligible to answer NEET UG 2021 too.
