Nios will not provide migration certificate then what to do for aiims

greetings,
you must have a migration certificate if you want to take admission in some other state than your domicile.
if you havent received it till date, kindly wait and in the mean time give an undertaking for it.
if you will not receive it in any case, get a certificate made by the district magistrate of your locality, and attach a letter with it.
