Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Erode is a leading engineering college in India which is affiliated to Anna University and approved by AICTE. Bannari Amman has been great in academics and placement for many years. This institute has overall ranking between 151 to 200 by NIRF in 2019. And it was ranked at 98th position among engineering colleges in India by the NIRF in 2019. Bannari Amman received IMC Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award 2019 in Education Category. Careers360 has rated this college AAAA Grade which means very good. BIT has a lot of achievements in its bag. The placement record of BTech CSE and Mechanical engineering are great. More than 85% students from both the streams are placed in reputed companies.

As per 2019 NIRF ranking bannari aman institute of technology was ranked 98th among engeneering colleges and it's over all rank was 151-200. It is a autonomous institution accredited by NAAC and was established in 1996 by bannari Amman group (BAG).
The College provides various facilities and number of clubs to join. It offers number of courses such as B.E/B.tech , M.B.A , M.A etc.
