Yes JEE Advance has two papers, Paper I and Paper II and both the papers are compulsory. You can refer to the following link for more details

Talking about NATA,
NIT s Dont accept NATA scores for B.Arch admission. They accept admission through Joint counselling by Josaa i.e on the basis of JEE Mains B.Arch paper-2. Nata will help you to get colleges other than NIT.
