Hello, For securing  NITS you need to get a rank below 4100 and the score range is lying in the range of 330.The order of NITs from needing top ranks to lower cut offs  are as follows

NIT Trichy, Rourkela, Surathkal, Warangal, Calicut, Silchar, Durgapur, Hamirpur, Kurukshetra, Manipur, Meghalaya, Agartala, Tadepalligudem, Yupia, Raipur, Delhi, Jalandhar, Goa, Jamshedpur, Mizoram, Dimapur, Patna, Sikkim, Puducherry, Srinagar, Uttarakhand

Hello,

Cut off varies from one NIT to another and it is different for each branch. So we cannot provide the exact marks. But if we consider the cut off in 2020 you need to score minimum 150-180 marks to have decent chances of getting seat in a NIT of your choice. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
