Well, As per the placements:
NIT Jalandar CSE : highest package was 31.12 lpa and avg. 7.53(overall),
MNIT jaipur ECE: 70 students placed out of 74 eligible students, highest 32.5 and average 10.03 lpa
VNIT Nagpur ECE: 66 students placed in good companies
NIT Warangal EEE:100 students placed out of 110 eligible students highest 43.31 lpa and avg. 10.49lpa
So, clearly as per the placements NIT Warangal is best among all, and As far as I know, MNIT Jaipur and NIT Warangal are very very good options....

Ranking (According to NIRF):
Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar : ranked 52
Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur : ranked 27
National Institute of Technology Warangal : ranked 19
Infrastructure and faculty :
As far as infrastructure is considered, all the mentioned colleges have more or less all the basic as well additional amenities that are required in a college. NIT warangal whereas has the largest campus, but NIT Jalandhar has the most number of faculties and students intake. It also has the highest number of courses in B.Tech and M.Tech.

Since I have researched for over 10+ years on Indian engineering curriculum hence I have an accurate answer to this question.
MNIT-Jaipur and NIT-Jalandhar are tier-3 Indian engineering colleges hence most of the degree holders from such colleges have to become employees in the services based companies. 3–4 LPA.
None of these colleges have any reputation in the industry.
NIT Warangal with no doubt is best among all the other options you have mentioned.
I may not be correct according to its infrastructure and all but yes in academics and placement point of view it is highly recommended.
