NIT Kurukshetra
Here the placement of industrial and production branch is good, approximately 70-75percent guys are placed. The companies visited us is honda, Mahindra, hero, subros etc.
In this year the highest package of production is about 8 lac and the lowest is about 4-5 lac, average package of production branch I 6 lac per annum. Most of the students are placed in research and development department.
IIST Shibpur
The placements in IIEST Shibpur for mechanical engineering branch are very good. More than 75% students got placed in the last year. This year, till now, 50% of the students have got jobs in various companies including Tata Steel, Britannia, Maruti Suzuki, etc. So, IIEST has much better placement sessions in this year till now
