They have good overall ratings. The placement records are great and statistics so far is consistent, average placement record is around 95%. The highest package offered is 30lakhs per annum, lowest package offered is 3lakhs per annum and average package offered is around 9-12lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, Uber, Samsun, etc. They have nice infrastructure with many facilities. Faculties are generally great but IT department have good teaching faculties but not as good as other departments. It has a studious environment.

NIT Surathkal is the best option for IT Department.About 92%of the students got placed in various companies.The college has good training and placement cell which organises several training programmes for students to guide them in the placement process.Highest package offered to the student in IT department is 39LPA.The average package offered to the student in IT department is about 14LPA.Many of the top recruiters visited the placement drive and offered job offers.For more details you can refer the following link

Dear Aspirant, NIT SURATHKAL provides an average package of 9.84 lakhs to IT students. Last yeat around 96 students of IT branch were placed in reputed companies. The placement percentage of IT & CSE varies from 95-100% .

The campus and infrastructure is great. The faculties are great and highly experienced. The study atmosphere is great. The highest package last year was 22lpa and lowest was of 9lpa. The average package last year was around 12lpa.

On an average it is rated 8.5/10 which is pretty decent.
