Dear aspirant,
National Medical Commission Bill 2019 was passed by Lok sabha and Rajya Sabha in september 2019 and was duly signed by the President of India.
But NMC bill was not applicable on institutes because it has to be published by government of India in Official National Gazette.
So on 25 September 2020 this NMC bill was published by the Government on Gazette of India making this act to become effective and implemented by colleges and institutions.
So this NMC act is applicable now after 25 september 2020.
